White Oak and Jatoba Laminated Bo
Our Bo are made from two or more layers, cross grain laminated to help ensure they stay straight and true longer than single pieces. You may have noticed in your dojo how many of the longer Bo staffs look slightly warped or bent. This happens with long single pieces of wood. Our lamination reduces the chance of this happening to your weapon. You can order the Bo as in all white oak, or with a white oak center and Jatob iron wood sides. This second option is beautiful, hefty, and resilient.
